Elena Aranda Villalobos

Labor Attorney at Pizá Abogados. She obtained her law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana. With over ten years of experience, Elena is mainly focused on labor counseling. Her experience and practice include the following activities:

• General labor counseling regarding individual employment agreements, expatriates´ labor implications, profit sharing payments, employees´ benefits and social welfare plans.
• Labor advice regarding the implementation of individual employment agreements, collective bargaining agreements, internal labor regulations, codes of conduct, among others.
• Labor audits, transference of employees, employer substitution processes, mergers and acquisitions.
• General labor counseling to international clients contemplating opening operations in Mexico
• Attention to inspections carried out by the Labor and Social Welfare Department.
